Patras is Greece's third-largest city, sitting on the northwestern tip of the Peloponnese, where the Ionian Sea meets the Gulf of Patras. It is a city of contrasts — ancient and modern, quiet and vibrant, overlooked and unforgettable.
It is home to one of the oldest carnivals in Europe, a stunning medieval castle overlooking the sea, neoclassical architecture that rivals Athens, and a port that has connected Greece to the rest of Europe for centuries. Where the Studio Was Born
Morphē Studio was founded here in Patras by Dimitrios Apostolopoulos, driven by a simple but powerful idea: that the beauty of Greece — its islands, its cities, its golden age of design — deserves to live on walls around the world.
Growing up surrounded by Mediterranean light, ancient ruins, and the visual richness of Greek culture, the inspiration for vintage and cinematic wall art felt natural. Patras gave us the perspective to look at Greece not just as a place, but as an aesthetic — one worth celebrating and sharing.
